Status Update on the Lake Conroe Watershed: San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) continues to closely monitor the rainfall expected throughout Southeast Texas. At last check, up to 2” of rain is expected in the Lake Conroe watershed. SJRA operators are on duty and will remain on duty throughout the weather event to monitor conditions.
The current level of Lake Conroe is 200.84 ft. msl. There are no releases at this time. SJRA manages Lake Conroe storm releases any time the level exceeds 201 ft. msl, which may happen during this weather event.
Our Office will alert the public if any releases are made from the Lake Conroe Watershed.
