* Until 130 PM CDT Wednesday.

* At 719 AM CDT, heavy rainfall caused flooding overnight that has
been slow to receed. Flooding continues over many roads and low
lying areas and will take more time to decrease.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Humble, Spring, Kingwood, Splendora, Patton Village, Roman Forest,
Woodbranch, Plum Grove, Kenefick, Dayton Lakes, Bush
Intercontinental Airport, Atascocita, Lake Houston, Splashtown,
Porter Heights, New Caney and Porter.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
